Job Opening: Distribution Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Ensure quality and On-Time delivery Ensure compliance of sanitation guidelines by warehouse employees Monitor employee relations and handle employee issues/problems Assist with training new hires and other training as needed Oversee the daily actions of employees including performance management Ensure all employees are in compliance with safety policies Perform audits to monitor quality of employee work Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of Warehouse experience Communication Skills Departmental/Organizational Awareness Technically Proficient Coaching and Developing People Interpersonal Understanding Assertiveness
