Trainer

STS Telecom, a major Telecommunications Company, needs an instructor to train customers, sales executives and internal staff. Headquartered in Cooper City, FL, with a staff of 70+ employees, we are a rapidly growing, leading edge Company. Our services include local, long distance, T-1's, PRI's and VoIP! The individual we seek will work closely with the Training Manager to provide and develop training and resources for all staff.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Ø Assist Training Manager in scheduling and evaluating a variety of company specific training and development programs

Ø Assist Training Manager in designing, delivering and implementing workshops, training programs and training systems, as requested

Ø Coordinate training for sales and operations departments, including new hire and supplemental/refresher training.

Ø Monitor and coach customer service representatives using STS Quality Assurance standards.

Ø Ensure that STS policies and procedures are current and communicated to appropriate employees through appropriate training.

Ø Assist in the dynamic training for our customer base.

 

Requirements:

 

Ø DYNAMIC personality to capture and maintain all learners during facilitation.

Ø MINIMUM of 2 years experience preferably with a CLEC or BellSouth as an instructor or trainer providing instruction in a classroom environment.

Ø Bachelors Degree or equivalent (degrees in education, instructional or information design a plus)

Ø Bilingual: English & Spanish (not essential but preferred)

Ø Technical skills, including proficiency with computer support systems and software (Windows Office)

Ø Strong Presentation and Facilitation skills

Ø Strong Communications skills, both written and verbal

Ø Sales or Sales training experience is helpful

Ø High energy, outgoing, likeable personality is an absolute MUST!!!

Ø Ability to travel in tri-county area
