Telecommunications Billing Auditor
Job Description
ProVision Communications seeks an individual that is experienced in working with, analyzing, and auditing telecommunications bills. Candidate should have 2 years experience validating voice, local & long distance, data and IP circuit invoices. Individual should understand basic telecommunications and have knowledge of terminology. Excel spread sheet skill a must. Knowledge of multiple carrier statements preferred.
Duties include:Review, document and analyze telecommunication invoicesDocument findings in Excel spreadsheet formatDocument billing discrepancies based on contract termsEffectively communicating with business ownersCommunicating clearly, efficiently and respectfully with customers and fellow employees
