Contract position available with a major aerospace client in Phoenix near the Deer Valley airport.

Candidate will assemble fiber optic gyroscopes (FOGs) which involves fine detail, manual dexterity. Will also do optical testing on the assembly using optical test equipment. Input their work into on-line build book (SAP) so must be computer literate. Will substitute the 2-year Degree with HS degree and 5 years experience in high tech assembly

2yr technical program with motivated to learn optics. 2 year degree preferred, not required. Very high High tech production.

Must have optical fiber handling experience

Requires US citizen or perm resident.
