Company is a leading semiconductor supplier of Communication solutions for networking based in the Southeast.

 

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will manage a team of verification engineers to architect, generate, and review verification plans, test environments, suites, execution, and reports, and defect report generation for IC and software products.

 

The SVEM must fully understand and be capable of managing system verification processes and methods. Technically strong on all necessary platforms; both hardware and software. Capable of using productivity and process tools.

 

 Plus it will be your primary responsibility to create the system verification function within our business, leveraging existing verification infrastructure and current best practices to create complete and sustainable system verification processes.  You must be an authority on applicable industry standards, ensuring compliance of our designs. Must possess a strong team focus and be able to work cross-functionally with design teams from concept through product development

 

Production deployment of applications under Windows and/or Linux You Will:

 

Manage a team of software engineers to architect, design software products and

Participate in software reviews, walkthroughs.

 

Participate in development and review of documentation and manage the core processes, procedures, team, and lab environment necessary to support the system verification function
 

 

 

 

 

Education:

·   
BS, MS or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5-15 Years

 

Prior management experience in a technical environment preferred
