Network Services Engineer

A dynamic network engineering services company is looking for a field engineer based in Orlando, FL. Candidate must be able to do field surveys, write SOWs, pre-provision various network equipment, perform installations, and provide post installation support. Candidate must also support the company's Test Lab in developing test plans and network integration.

Good fundamental IP skills including network design, planning, project management, and trouble shooting skills desired. Solid understanding of wireless, security, LAN/WAN based solutions a must. Knowledge of network based IP security systems including, IP cameras, DVRs, and other IP based surveillance systems preferred. Additional skill include physical network components and equipment knowledge such as patch panels, racks, copper/fiber connectivity, etc.

Industry network certifications including LAN/WAN, Security, Wireless, VPNs, etc. a plus.

The candidate must be a eager to learn, have the ability to work well within a team environment, and have the ability to work independently. Some travel involved.
