* TITLE: DIRECTOR RETAIL CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT - TELCO / WIRELESS / CABLE RETAIL

-> CANDIDATES *MUST* HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CABLE / TELCO / WIRELESS RETAIL CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING BIG-BOX, E-MARKETING, and OTHER RETAIL CHANNELS. CANDIDATES WILL DEVELOP STARTEGIC BRANDING AND MARKETING PLANS, COMPETIVE ANALYSIS, AND SALES TRAINING STRATEGIES, DISTRIBUTOR DEALER BUY-IN PROGRAMS, RETAIL SALES INCENTIVES, AND CO-OP AD PROGRAMS. * DUTIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- Research and identify retail marketing opportunities designed to maximize market share for our clients network and multimedia products and services.
- Develop strategic deployment initiatives, retail promotions and programs to attract and retain customers.
- Negotiate contracts with retail partners. Develop joint marketing and ad co-op programs.
- Establish an appropriate retail presence.
- Analyze ternd/variance in customer growth, sell-in and retention strategies, and sales and marketing efforts.
- Must be highly collaborative and an excellent communicator, written and verbal.
- Must have strong project management skills, negotiation skills
- Must have strong knowledge of retail telecommunications systems: and experience in either Cable, Telco, or Wireless

* PROFILE:
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
- Cable, telco, or Wireless industry experience is required!
