Customer Service Support Consultants

Synectics has openings in Tampa, FL. Several Customer Service Support Consultants are needed to support a managed network service project. These consultants are needed to review and assure custom project management solutions and manage the completion of custom deals, engaging more in-depth technical support.

 

Specific job tasks also include:

- Assuring that deals are ready for contract counter-signature by virtue of gathering sufficient data to move forward with ordering

- Enabling billing system set-up / execution for new, amended and terminated contracts

- Engaging Chief Engineer when justified by deal win probability and managing a timely completion prior to client contract signature

- Based on observance of scope creep, advising if additional custom support must be engaged to satisfy client requirements

- Where it is identified that scope creep is taking place, ensure that the team does engage the proper support to assess impacts of customization on a deal

- Ensuring that any documentation required by the work centers to proceed with implementation has been provided

- Enabling client billing per their specific contract

- Advising management and process support organization of process breakdowns and suggesting solutions to be considered for implementation and interfacing with internal employees including Account Executives, DNCs, Chief Engineers, DCC coordinators, Project Managers, Operations Managers and Procurement Specialists

 

These positions require 1 year of a transport provisioning or transport maintenance background as well as 1 year of project management or engineering experience. Additional qualifications for this position include the following:

- Significant Project Management experience is required

- Must have knowledge of Managed Network Solutions and Contracts

- Knowledge of WAN, LAN and MLAN is desired
