Branch Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is the attainment of branch sales objectives through the sale of telecommunication solutions to small to medium size business and enterprise customers in the states of AZ, NM, UT and CO. Additional responsibilities include the hiring and development of branch sales staff, accurate branch forecasting, effective performance management and direct customer sales activity. Strong field leadership ability and proven sales management process are key requirements for this position. The Branch Sales Manager must demonstrate effective collaboration with other departments in attainment of branch sales objectives.

Branch Sales Manager Required Experience:

5-10 years of successful sales management and leadership experience in the telecom industry. A $10-20 Million quota responsibility in large capital goods / complex sales channel consisting of 5-10 direct reporting sales representatives. Proficiency in business development and both strategic and financial selling experience.
