Billing Inquiry Analyst
SUMMARY:
The Billing Inquiry Analyst performs basic and complex analysis of billing issues and audits. This position typically reports to the Billing Inquiry Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs basic and complex analysis of billing inquiries, audits, new services, edit services to existing accounts. Responds to requests from ticketing systems for changes or deleted services. Provides billing inquiry support to other departments. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Ability to meet deadlines and follow direction. Detail oriented. Effective oral and written communication skills Experienced in: Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) Ability to navigate LEC systems
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written English skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school degree required and at least 2 years experience in billing or related field; telecommunications experience beneficial
