Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator - Logistics for our Lowell, AR location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales Coordination for Wal-Mart team, consists of managing Logistics, job-openings, ordering through SAF & Configurator, postings updates to CRM-OD, consolidation of weekly Wal-Mart Schedules, follow up on job through completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Consolidate Wal-Mart Schedule, to identify Hussmann Case orders, and delivery dates/times, valves and sensors.
2. Issue Job Numbers, and generate Branch PO, then create Job-Opening sheets in SAF.
3. Create the order to submit to Factory through the Configurator for Bridgeton Cases, and manual orders for Chino Cases.
4. Make changes to schedule and Post to CRM to share with the PM Community.
5. Complete follow through on each job the Coordinator is responsible for, including calling contractors/customers/ when needed.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma required.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint preferred.

Must be detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.

Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Should be comfortable working under minimal supervision.
