Sports Event Marketing Coordinator

SPORTS EVENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Plan and manage hospitality events and meetings from inception through on-site execution

• Provide on-site event assistance

• Generate awareness about the event in target market

• Develop programs for corporate clients

• Compile budgets for each event

• Ensure event is setup and runs according to detailed specifications

 

Qualifications:

 

• Ability to direct/coordinate external teams

• Knowledge of budgeting with proven ability to deliver upon Company and departmental objectives

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Expertise in relationship building

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with attention to detail

• Strong client service and an understanding of sponsorship marketing, event strategies and event management processes are required

• Applicants must be proactive self-starters able to work autonomously
