Our main goal is to offer fitness programs aimed at reducing stress, increasing energy levels, and improving overall health. We provide the personal attention necessary to overcome the intimidation associated with beginning a fitness program. We are open and staffed 24 hours a day to accommodate all lifestyles.
We offer customized workouts and nutrition plans, group exercise, and personal training to keep you on the right path of attaining your fitness goals-supporting your healthier lifestyle.
We are seeking a Senior Fitness Specialist / Group Exercise Instructor to join our team
Candidate must be nationally certified by ACE, AFFA, ACSM or another nationally recognized accredited organization. Must have knowledge of special population's assessments to include instruction-encompassing aerobics, toning and weight training. Group Instructor should be able to instruct yoga, pilates, and kickboxing.
