Maryland Based Professional Sports Franchise - Group Events Manager

is assisting a Maryland based professional sports franchise hire a Group Events Manager to take the team’s front office to another level. This is an outstanding opportunity to begin a career in the exciting world of sports with a proven contender in an incredible sports town.

 

Responsibilities:
Generate and facilitate sales of: season tickets, ticket packages, group tickets, catered events
Maintenance and solicitation of accounts, including telephone sales, mailings, meetings and customer service
Plan and execute events held at the stadium.
Work closely with marketing department to capitalize on sales opportunities
Provide Fan Assistance during home games
Generate marketing ideas to increase sales of all ticket types
Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations

 

Qualifications:
Experience in sport organization or related business
Strong computer skills
Previous customer service experience
