Inventory, Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving Associates
Main responsibilities include:Verify and manage items received against the expected inventory manifest (comparing count/measure of items to purchase orders and packing lists, noting any discrepancies).Maintaining and organizing receiving files.Working to resolve receiving problems by researching inventory shipment tracking.Contributing to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Pulling, packing and shipping orders.Entering shipping information and instructions in the FedEx computer system.Double checking and reviewing outgoing shipments and printouts.Interacting with the Customer Service Department for any adjustments to orders.Assisting in physical inventory.Ordering shipping supplies as needed.Contributing to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good verbal communication skills Excellent Organizational skillsDetail-oriented Able to multi-task
