Head PGA Professional / General Manager
Hidden Creek Golf Club seeks a self – motivated PGA Professional with a minimum of 4yrs experience in retail sales. This candidate should have a strong understanding of the golf retail industry, such as, clubs, apparel, shoes, yearly blow out sale and overall fashion sense. This PGA professional should be an outstanding instructor with the ability to teach all level of golfers. The senior player will be his or her main customer.
Writing skills for monthly newsletters, membership events, ladies day’s events and knowing the IBS software programs and the IBS point of sale registers is required.
This candidate will be required to work a 50 to 60 hr work week with one day off during the weekends. Other duties include membership billing; increase the membership sales, staffing the pro shop, snack bar and cart personnel. Design a work schedule for the entire staff. Monthly meetings for staff and training staff on new product lines.
