Club One is seeking candidates for a General Manager position at our beautiful club in Brentwood, Northern California. All applicants must have at least five years of management experience in the fitness industry. Applicants must be committed to rigorous customer service standards and maintain the highest levels of integrity. We are only interested in candidates that have previously managed a health club.

 

The General Manager will promote excellent customer service in the club, oversee training and development of the staff to serve members and promote knowledge of club operations to staff. This results-oriented and process-driven person must have first-line supervisory experience, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, excellent oral communication skills, basic computer skills and be a team player. Retail sales experience a plus.
