24 Hour Fitness, the world's largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain, has close to 400 clubs in 16 states with an anticipated growth of 30 new clubs in 2007! 24 Hour Fitness has a vision to make fitness a way of life by creating the ultimate in multi-sport fitness centers and make them affordable and accessible to people of all abilities and fitness levels.
24 Hour Fitness is offering semester long, full-time PAID internships in Austin, Dallas and Houston, TX and Kansas City, MO. The program is open to students who are within two (2) semesters of graduation with a fitness-related degree.Program can be adjusted to fit degree requirements. If selected to continue employment after graduation, 24 Hour Fitness will provide continuing education opportunities.
Interns in the 24 Hour Fitness Internship Program will expand their knowledge and experience in personal training, fitness assessment, exercise prescription, health promotion, wellness, lifestyle counseling, exercise leadership, recreational programming, club management, marketing, special interest project, and more.
