Director of Operations - Nike Premier Youth Soccer Orgnaiztion

Neusport FC is a 40 team Nike Premier youth soccer organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. Neusport seeks a full time Director of Operations that will report directly to the President of the club and Board of Directors. The Director Operations will provide cutting edge and dynamic leadership in fulfilling Neusport’s vision and goals. Financial oversight, revenue generation, organizational development, strategic planning, staff/volunteer management, board member coordination/development and external relations are all key areas driven by the Director of Operations leadership.

 

General Overview of Position: Manages the Neusport FC office Implements Business Plan and policies and procedures as directed by the President and Board of Directors Handles all legal matters, grievances, mediations, insurance issues, and club matters on behalf of Neusport and ensures compliance with competition authorities Effectively implements fundraising activities for the club Assists Board of Directors in preparing annual budget and provides fiscal oversight and control for Neusport Oversees membership recruitment, development, and expansion Diversifies and expands revenue streams Acts as point of contact liaison with State Association, US Youth Soccer and USSF  Speaks publicly on-behalf of the organization
