Quality Assurance Manager - Personal Care Manufacturer

This Health and Beauty Aid leader seeks a season professional in the area of Quality Assurance Management to provide technical expertise and leadership for a team of 15. Due to expanding business needs, this position with a company long recognized for its innovative personal care products is now open for the right person.

Bring the following skills and experience to the table for immediate consideration:
· 5x years experience in Quality Assurance (personal care, cosmetics, food)
· BS in Chemistry or related technical field
· Previous management experience (work with a three-shift facility preferred)
· Familiarity with OTC/FDA regulations
· Experience with both incoming and outgoing inspection and quality assessment programs
· Experience supporting manufacturing environment with troubleshooting
· Experience working with customers
