Principal Scientist- Insect Control R&D

Kelly Scientific Resources currently has a direct hire full time opening for a Principal Scientist for our client company. This position is in Insect Control R&D and this person provides expertise in insect control products supporting the companies product line. The Principal Scientist is responsible for all aspects of promoting the product line, from identifying & remedying technical problems to developing, recommending and executing functional approaches to support the business strategy.

Responsibilities:
' Develop and execute new methodologies and programs'design experiments, data generation, analysis & interpretation
' Prepare and test product test samples
' Conduct GLP studies
' Develop formula and process documentation for product BOMs

Requirements:
' Masters Degree or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
' 10 years OR MORE experience with insecticide products
' Strong communication & computer skills
' Extensive laboratory and pilot plant equipment experience
