Chemist with ICP - Petrochemical industry

We have an immediate need for a Chemist with a ISO9001 certified company that does surveying & consulting for the oil industry!

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Maintain and set up standards.
-Will employ analytical tests, instrumentation and procedures including analyses of the following: metals, sulfurs, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, ash, and volatiles.
-Will utilize ICP, titration and wet chemistry techniques.
-Perform solid and liquid sample prep.
-Enter data into database

Experience:
-BS or AA in Chemistry or AS in Chemical Technology preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years lab experience preferred. Willing to substitute experience for education. ICP experience a plus!
-Experience in preparing standards and diluting samples
-Familiar with MS Word and Excel
