American HomeChoice currently has a sales manager position open at Capital Crossings Community in Eagle, MI.  This award-winning resort style manufactured housing community needs a dynamic sales consultant to sell homes in our one-of-a-kind neighborhood.

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Has a proven record of effective selling while providing outstanding customer serviceUnderstands the need to execute a proven successful sales processExcellent organizational and follow up skills with computer knowledgeCommunication skills to include verbal, written and physical are criticalMust be open to work evenings and weekends as needed Must have 1-3 years of salesRetail managers with exceptional sales and customer service will be consideredReal estates license is not required, but a definite plusMust have a passion to sell and be motivated by commissions

 

This position reports to the Director of Sales & Operations. This position is also responsible for the sales and record keeping of all related transactions working closely with our Financing Department.  In addition, the position will work closely with our Marketing Department to help coordinate activities and advertising efforts.
