Retail Sales Associate

Position Title: Retail Sales Associate (This position falls under the CWA contract)

Location: Desert Sky Mall; Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: Up to $36,000 (base + commission) + benefits DOE

Essential Job Function and Responsibility

Achieve customer satisfaction, sales standards and goals by maximizing the customer's experience and the store's revenue by directly selling to customers in a face to face environment. Handle customer service issues such as billing, products, pricing, features, coverage, handsets, accessories and repair issues. Sales, Customer Service/Customer Care and Presentation Skills in a professional manner with an emphasis on team support. Educate customers on strategic Qwest products, features and services. Implement store merchandising standards. Daily maintenance of store operations. Ability to work weekends.

Ensure Qwest's customers receive valued assistance, lasting relationships and a distinctive brand experience.
Developing lasting customer relationships through clientele building practices.
Retail Sales Associates are responsible for overseeing and participating in the execution of Company directives and policies within their location. This would include, but is not limited to, merchandising and visual presentation, operations standards, and loss prevention and employee relation standards.
Participation in continual training in exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Candidate must be available to work during mall hours (this includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays).

Basic Experience/Requirements:

* HS Diploma or equivalent One year of retail sales or customer service experience Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suites (e.g. - Word and Excel)

Preferred Experience Telecommunications knowledge Proven success in a commissions sales environment

If selected for this position, you will be required to attend a 3 week New Hire Training in Denver, CO
