We need a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative working in the Phoenix Office of Sypris Test & Measurement.

 

Customer Care Representative

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

· Develop and submit detailed proposal in response to RFQ’s from Customers.

·Demonstrated success in the ability to work with internal customers (i.e. Engineering, Operations and Sales) in a team environment.

·Follow up with customers on a routine basis to resolve any customer questions or concerns and to close the sale.

· Prepare and negotiate large bid/volume opportunities. 

· Facilitate customer quotation and sales orders questions to the functional teams for resolution.

· Answer technical and operational questions and requests as required.

· Act as the interface between Customers and Sypris Test & Measurement.

· Responsible for quoting and booking sales orders in a timely and proficient manner.

 

Required and Desired Skills

 

· Five (5) years of experience in a Customer Care/Service/Sales environment.

· Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office

· Excellent account management and customer service skills a must.

·Looking for an upbeat, high energy employee who requires minimal supervision.  Self motivation is a required.

· Must be detail oriented and have proven ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

· Displays imitative and is willing and able to make decisions.

· Demonstrates flexibility adapting easily to change.

· Will work additional hours if required.

· Proven time management, complex problem solving and analytical skills required in order to excel in this position.

· Professional verbal and written communication skills required.

· Solutions oriented with attention to detail.
