Client Services Executive

Responsibilities: - Establish contact with prospective clients via the Telephone/Direct Mail Programs/Marketing Campaigns as directed, to sell new engagements
- Identify potential leads independently (or with others, as appropriate) through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, and/or other demand generation sources.
- Convert leads into opportunities through sales qualification process and maintain sales force automation workflow in its SFA/CRM systems.
- Recommend which opportunities company should pursue using criteria such as highest yield, probability of winning, critical success factors, key risk factors, etc.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through scheduled conference calls, web presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings as appropriate.
- Generate client awareness and preference for company and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material and maintaining consistent and friendly client communications.

Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S College Degree
- 2-4 years experience in Telesales required, preferably with an information technology focus.
- Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to perform well in pressure situations by handling day-to-day work challenges confidently; being willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Availability and willingness to work extended hours as required by the demands of the position.
