General requirements :

Someone who is motivated to work, energetic, not afraid to cold call, willing to work hard and put forth the effort to succeed. Able to work with a partner or goup, be a team player.

Basic computer knowledge.

Candidates should have some experinence with :

Sales, being able to talk with people, cold calls, following up on leads.

Hiring Process:

Applications will have an interview with the Area Manager and then attend a Webinar on the companies website. Training and mentoring is provided throughout the whole process, and continued throughout employment.
