The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing prospects and closing sales through aggressive outbound prospecting and creative use of solutions selling skills.

 

Direct Computer Disposal, is a well-established E-waste recycling/resale company in Hayward. We are rapidly expanding due to new government regulations prohibiting improper disposal of obsolete electronics by businesses.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospects to qualify leads, generate opportunities and create awareness about proper management of electronics waste in businesses(computers, monitors, etc..). How to properly dispose of excess inventory. How to make sure it does not end up in 3rd world countryProbe prospects to uncover needs, handle objections, and advance the sales processMove opportunities from initial contact into a saleWork with the marketing team to implement integrated outbound sales & marketing campaigns Update and maintain the sales automation database

 

Minimum Qualifications:2+ years proven inside sales experience with enterprise software solutionsProven ability to successfully work prospect from initial contact to close of saleHighly motivated, self-starter with results-driven, sales-oriented attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills Solid understanding of B2B lead generation and sales process

 

Preferred:Experience in the warehouse management systems market or direct warehouse operations experienceExperience using sales/CRM softwareIntermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Industry experience
