      Job Description:

 

Develop leads for outside sales reps.

 

Qualify customers and set up appointments

 

Focus on fortune 500 companies, and large corporations

 

Maintain appointment database

 

Monitor accounts for activity

 

Process reports

 

 Job Skills & Qualifications: 

 

Minimum 2 years of telemarketing/appointment setting experience with an emphasis on large, multi-division corporations

 

General understanding of sales principles

 

Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

 

Word processing skills

 

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

 

Candidate Profile:

 

High energy, with a “can do” attitude

 

Team Player

 

Must be a “people person”

 

Detail oriented, performing work to a high level of accuracy

 

Takes accountability seriously

 

Able to multi-task

 

 

 Education: High school diploma, College degree a plus

 

 

Salary: $10-$12 per hour plus ($$) large productivity incentive

Compensation package includes base salary, commission, 401K, education benefit, health benefits and paid holiday and longevity bonus.
