Business Development Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Development Team

NetPro’s team-oriented environment will allow the candidate to work closely with our outside sales force in a designated region, contributing dramatically to the team’s success by generating pipeline opportunities through proactive telemarketing and account discovery work.

The qualified individual will...
• initiate phone calls to potential clients and provide core details about each account, including organizational charts, environmental variables, budget and project status.
• receive named accounts from the outside sales team in his/her region to develop as qualified prospects. 

In cases where opportunities are not immediate, the individual will generate qualified leads for the team members in his/her region AND capture bonuses on deals closed by the reps on his/her team

 

Required Skills:

• Superior phone demeanor, appropriate for calling C-Level, Director and Manager-Level Executives
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to include strong negotiating and sales skills
• Must be PC literate with the ability to use spreadsheets, CRM systems and word processing programs

 

Salary $30,000 + $10,000 bonus potential.
