restaurant company and seeking applications for all positions including management positions for our Cottonwood, AZ restaurant.
Our company is established in the restaurant industry and has a proven track record of providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. We pride ourselves in employing top-quality individuals who will keep our guests coming back to visit our restaurants. We are accepting applications for servers, kitchen help, kitchen manger and assistant kitchen manager and various management positions.
The ideal management candidate will possess a college degree or course work in hospitality or business management, a proven, successful track record of 2+ years management experience in the restaurant industry, including profit & loss responsibility. The management candidate will possess a strong leadership and team building skills, including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Including business math and accounting skills, including the ability to calculate/analyze data, as well as strong analytical/decision-making skills. The management candidate should have a professional results-oriented attitude, the ability to meet and exceed high standards of operation, the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing market, and uncompromising integrity.
