PAID VACATION
Salaried Managers are eligible for paid vacation time as follows:
After 6 mths of service--
1 week vacation
After 1 year of service--
1 additional week vacation
From 2 to 4 years of service--
2 weeks vacation
From 5 to 9 years of service--
3 weeks vacation
From 10 to 20 years of service--
4 weeks vacation
For 20 years or more--
5 weeks vacation
Incentive Bonus
Salaried Managers at Fast Food Enterprises #2 LLP have the opportunity to earn bonus monies. The effort made by you and your team determine the amount of this benefit.
To be eligible for the Monthly Incentive Bonus your Restaurant must have positive comparative sales from the previous year.
401K
After one year of service you are eligible to enroll in our Company 401K Retirement Plan. Our plan is handled by the Principal Financial Group. Our plan lets you save up to 50% of your pay. Fast Food Enterprises #2 LLP matches 30¢ on the $1.00 of your savings contributions, for up to 10% of your pay. That’s extra money for you.
Paid Training
The length of your initial training will depend upon your background and experience in restaurants. Your training plan will be based on and will include components of BURGER KING Basic Management In Restaurant Training Guide. You will attend New Employee Orientation at the first scheduled class after your hire date. Within six months of employment you are required to attend Burger King Basic Management Training In Classroom and the National Restaurant Association, Educational Foundation SerfSave Applied Food Service and Sanitation Class designed for BURGER KING Managers.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance benefits are available to you following completion of the 90 day evaluation period. $25,000 coverage on the employee, 100% of premium paid by FAST FOOD ENTERPRISES #2 LLP. Plus receive an additional $10,000 Life policy when you signup for the Health Insurance plan. Paid for by the NFA.
Health Insurance
Insurance benefits are available to you following completion of 60 days of service.
Fast Food Enterprises #2 LLP pays 60% of the monthly premium. Your contribution is deducted bi-weekly from your check. Our policy is currently through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and includes Major Medical with a $500 deductible, Emergency Room Deductible of $200, Office Visit Co-pay of $25, Prescriptions at $30 for name brand and $15 for generic brands.
Current Employee Bi-weekly contributions are as follows:
Employee Only $68.66
Employee + Spouse $132.74
Employee + Child(ren) $132.74
Employee + Family $196.82
Dental Coverage
Dental Benefits are available to you following completion of 90 days of service.
Fast Food Enterprises #2 LLP pays 50 % of the monthly premium.
The Dental Insurance has a $50 Deductible, it pays 100% for Preventative care, 80% for Basic Services and 50% for Major Services.

Employee Only $5.90

VISION Insurance
Vision Benefits are available to you following completion of 90 days of service.
Fast Food Enterprises #2 LLP pays 100% for the employee only.
Vision plan has free Vision Exams, with No Co-Pay's.

The Restaurant Assistant Management candidate
completes up to (7) seven weeks of in Restaurant training and learns to:
--Complete the Quality, Service and Cleanliness checklists for their
shift.
--Perform all aspects of opening and closing the Restaurant.
--Complete and understand a cash and bank reconciliation.
--Count a good and accurate inventory.
--Ensure complete Customer Satisfaction.
--Ongoing inventory awareness and the ability to understand individual
Restaurant profitability.
--Complete all required training classes.
--Conduct interviews and check references for potential employees.
--Know the standards for all controllable expenses and have the ability
to actively take part in controlling them.
--Have the ability to order products from all purveyors.
--The ability to complete schedules in accordance to labor guidelines
and laws.
--Complete and audit payroll, with particular attention to labor laws.
--Demonstrate the ability to take charge of the Restaurant during the
Supervisors absence.
--Calculate weekly and end of month sales.
--Ability to perform minor equipment repairs.
--Have knowledge of Budget and Profit and Loss Statements
