Position: Regional Brand Director (RBD)

 

Reports to: Vice President of Operations

 

Primary Function:

  The Regional Brand Director (RBD) is responsible for representing Taco Del Mar Franchising Corp (TDMFC) to and providing the ongoing development of the Master Developer’s (MD) team.  The RBD is expected to ensure that the Master Developer is supporting the TDM Franchisees in their area consistent with their Development Agreement, the Franchise Agreement and good business practices.  The RBD is the primary conduit between TDM and the MD.  As TDM expands the Master Developer growth model, this role is the senior field position ensuring operational quality and cultural consistency through the system.  This person must have the ability to effectively influence personnel at all levels of the MD organization.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  Knows the MD business plan and ensures profitability

  Coaches MD on all aspects of TDM operations (Development, marketing, operations)

  Knows their markets and recommends appropriate adjustments to TDM model

  Ensures MD is providing effective support to Franchisees in their territory

  Local sales building tactics are successfully implemented

  TDM standards are met in all markets (construction, operations, service etc)

  Coordinates communication with MDs

  Supports all aspects of new market activations
