We are now opening 30+ new restaurants a year throughout the United States! This means that there is a HUGE opportunity for promotions to the General Manager and Regional Manager levels.

For full-time management, our salary (+bonus) range is anywhere from 30K to 100K+ based on experience and management level.


We are currently looking to hire managers with FRONT OF THE HOUSE, KITCHEN, and/or GENERAL MANAGEMENT experience for our Dothan, ALlocation!

Our Career Skills Development Program offers in-depth knowledge and rotation through each area of management (Kitchen, Bar, and Service/Host). It consists of modules, each including hourly functions, management functions, projects, and P & L line item study.

During your training you will travel to Atlanta, GA and attend five days of classroom training at our exclusive 'RARE University.' Here you will learn RARE's management philosophies and principles, meet key corporate employees, and interact with other new managers.

Career Opportunities


After completion of the MIT program, you will be assigned to a unit as a manager. The typical LongHorn Steakhouse is managed by a team of four to five managers, each with different area of responsibility including:



Managing Partner or General Manager





Kitchen Manager





Service Manager





Bar/Host Manager


Your continued career growth requires rotation through each area of management in preparation for becoming a General Manager. However, careers can continue well beyond the GM level into Multi-unit management or Corporate Support.


Managing Partner Program


We offer the opportunity to become a Managing Partner. Managing Partners can earn over $100K; receive a $1500 annual vacation package, plus receive an annual 10% Salary/base match-back by RARE Hospitality.


Experience and Skills:
Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
