We are seeking an experienced Food Production Manager in Boca Raton FL for busy food service operation. The position requires a 5 day schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of culinary experience and at least 5 years of kitchen experience including management experience.

The responsibilities include purchasing, maintaining production records, catering, organizing, taking inventory. Menu Planning skills are necessary.

The ideal candidate for production manager will have a passion for people and food. Must have a CAN DO!! attitude, strong communication skills, high energy level and enthusiasm.

The best candidate will enjoy current food trends, nutritional and wellness awareness, extensive food production experience. In addition, the ideal production manager will have great skills: planning, organizational, and customer service. The professional must understand what it means to add a little “WOW” to the program. This position is all about imagination, creativity, consistency and strong work ethic.
