Position: Senior Manager / Manager, Advanced Wireless Communications System Design

Duties:
Technical lead/management of R&D of Multimode Multifunction or Low Power High Spectral Efficiency or Miniaturization technologies;
Lead project planning, execution, promotion, and technology dissemination of Multimode Multifunction or Low Power High Spectral Efficiency or Miniaturization technologies;
Lead design of system requirements, specifications, algorithms, testing, and verification of Multimode Multifunction or Low Power High Spectral Efficiency or Miniaturization technologies R&D; and
Leverage and collaborate industry partners, universities, and other R&D organizations for accelerating the R&D activities and differentiating industrial impacts.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Field;
Solid experience and expertise in wireless communication technology innovation or product development;
Backgrounds on wireless communication radio access technologies in at least two of the following technologies: 2G (GSM or IS95) or 3G(WCDMA or cdma2000) or DTV/VAB or WLAN (802.11x) or WiMAX (802.16e) or UWB or 4G or MIMO;
Extensive experience and expertise and a proven successful track record in developing wireless communications systems or IP/IC: product requirements or system specifications or system architecture design or system simulation and performance verification or complexity and power consumption analysis or DSP or FPGA or ASIC or module to system integration test and verification strategies or compliance testing or IP innovations;
Success record in R&D team lead and management;
Experience delivering products in high volume to customers desired; and
Experience in RF circuits and/or MIMO RF communication systems design a plus.
