Research Technology Assistant - Software Development

Responsibilities would include: • Responding to requests and inquiries from researchers • Investigating software problems to narrow down their possible causes • Working with researchers and technology staff to identify areas from improvement • Improving documentation of our systems • Testing of research applications Skills & Experience: • Computer-literacy: comfort with Windows, Excel, Outlook, some SQL, some VBA • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests • Thoroughness and attention to detail • Desire to improve systems and processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Works well in a dynamic environment • BS/BA Degree Bonus Skills: • Good understanding of SQL • Programming languages: C++, C#, VB, or Java

Qualifications :
MS Outlook, VBA, MS Excel, QA - manual and automated.
