Position will be based in Irvine, CA but will require some travel to other office locations.  May also include some out of town travel for meetings, conferences, etc.

4-Year College Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

Description

We are in search of a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our Research Services team. We offer an exciting and competitive career path within our organization. Candidates should have 1-3 years of commercial real estate research experience and the ability to effectively provide research services as requested by sales personnel and/or management. BS/BA degree required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as strong consensus building skills and the ability to manage expectations. Responsible for ensuring qualitative and accurate information in Company’s proprietary databases including: data scrubbing, data collection and maintenance of methodologies. You need to be well organized, and have an acute attention to details and accuracy. Knowledge of commercial real estate practices and databases a plus, including: AIR, Claritas Sitereports, CoStar, FARES Win2Data/Realquest, ILS, Loopnet and Metropolis. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft MapPoint and Quark Express. Must be willing to occasionally travel locally within Los Angeles Basin, and must be willing to work overtime as needed.
