Job Description:

Our office is growing and we need a high energy Office Manager to provide support to the recruiting staff and company CEO.  The ideal candidate will wear many hats and be able tom multi-task while providing support to a small but very busy office.  Some duties will include researching resume's/profiles, verifying references, phones, all office communications, and administrative support. The Office Manager will also research potential networking opportunities using the internet and telephone, databases, directories, associations, ect.  We are a casual work hard/ play hard environment.

Important Skills:Background in recruiting and/or sales a plusMS Office proficiency including extensive knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Customer-focused attitude Strong organizational skills Be able to work in a casual environment where hard work is rewarded and professional growth is encouraged.Candidates with some sales background highly encouraged to apply
