 Location Research Analyst

Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join a dynamic company that will provide learning new technologies and career growth.  In this position you will be responsible for the production of analytical projects within the Integras Analytical Services Group. Project work is focused on assisting clients with their real estate expansion activities, primarily the evaluation of sites and markets.  You will assist with the development of custom project methodology, data analysis and model development as well as supporting client use of the final project deliverables.

 

You will:Help clients with their site and market evaluation efforts. Contribute to the production of assigned project components through completion of assigned tasks, application of analytical methods and the use of creative problem solving. Follow established guidelines for production and delivery of projects. Ensure the quality of project analytics and deliverables through continuous quality control.  Ensure on time, on target delivery of projects. Work within a team environment of consultants, analysts, and software developers.

 

REQUIREMENTS:MA/MS in Geography, Economics or Business, emphasis on applied modeling and analysis 4+ years experience in using statistical and spatial analysis. Experience using GIS and statistical software, such as MapInfo, ArcView, SPSS or SAS. Proficiency with MS Office products
