Community Management Specialist
This is a 6 month + contract position. Work as a Community Management Specialist for Nokia's mobile gaming platform.
The SNAP Mobile Community Management Specialist is responsible for moderating message boards and mobile game tournaments & events and implementing online community guidelines and policies. You will also be actively involved in developing our mobile gaming community site(s) experience by contributing your ideas & knowledge to community feature development, keeping our site content fresh & our users coming back, and implementing & testing new site features & content within our cms system.
You must be technically capable enough to enjoy navigating & operating within the online world, especially mobile. You have a keen interest in how the new mobile & online technologies open up new ways to interact & have fun. The desire to connect & understand people is a top priority for you. You enjoy playing mobile games.
Requirements:
- A desire & openess to collaborate, to play and to invent
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Basic knowledge of what makes an online communty thrive & the desire to learn & do more
- 3+ years experience in web content development including online communities
- Solid understanding of online usability best practices
- Interest & experience in playing online mobile casual games
- Willingness to problem solve 24/7
