Summary:

Assistant to Director of Procurement and Telecommunications

 

Duties:Responsible for maintaining records and data entry.Set up new accounts.Voice mail resents/name changes.Issuing cell phone allowances and long distance codes.Maintaining the travel program.Attending to e-mail, voice mail, and correspondence.Traveling to various sites.Processing orders and handling billing discrepancies.Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

High School diploma required; some college or additional education preferred.  2-4 yrs administrative assistant experience.  Be comfortable working in a diverse environment; extensive customer service skills required; Some experience in purchasing would be helpful.

 

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Must type 40wpm minimum.  General knowledge of fax, copiers, and calculators. Organizational skills.  May be required to drive to various sites.

 

Hours:

Days; M-F

 

Salary:

$13.50-$14.00/hr
