Proposal Writer/Editor

Professionals are able to provide relevant industry and functional skills where they need them most. We are currently seeking a Proposal Writer/Editor to join us in our Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities:
- Research, write, rewrite and edit material for document development for proposals, capability statements, presentations, qualifications, and white papers
- Perform quality control reviews on proposals
- Analyze RFP’s
- Tailor resumes in accordance with RFP instructions. Build and/or review existing templates
- Assist with final proposal production and assembly
- Report status of ongoing assignments daily or more frequently when problems arise that require attention
- Help ensure that graphics are slip-sheeted in proposals and other documents
- Edit and provide guidance, working with the Capture Manager and Proposal Manager, on design, layout, size, fonts, and color themes
- Interact with other account management team members for proposal and other product production efforts
- Coordinate with Service Delivery, Contracts, HR, Recruiting, and other departments as required throughout proposal development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Two years of Federal Proposal experience
- Solid understanding of the federal government procurement process and policies
