Procurement Sourcing Manager, Perishables for global supply chain

Gate Gourmet, the preeminent airline catering company in the world, is experiencing continued growth in the reorganized transportation industry. Our eGateSolutions division, which focuses on leading edge services for domestic and international carriers, has a need for new and experienced talent to focus on the sourcing aspects of our supply chain management business.

This position offers you the opportunity to play an autonomous and high impact role with an energetic group that is shaping the future of supply chain management. Reporting to our Vice President of Supply Chain Management, you'll source and contract consumable and other items for our customers by: (1) finding, selecting, and recommending food menu and other items; (2) working with suppliers to drive sourcing savings, improve product quality, and maintain overall cost-competitiveness; and (3) presenting creative ideas and solutions to chefs and corporate leaders to standardize and rationalize food offerings.
