Digital Music Content Coordinator
Leading digital music e-tailer located in Los Angeles is looking for a consultant to serve in a Content Coordinator role. This role is responsible for aiding in the receipt and publication of all content and supporting our Music Content Manager.


•Coordination of content cleaning efforts and staff.
•Training employees on Content Management System.
•Discovery and resolution of drop, publication and/or content integrity issues.
•Monitor content processes for efficiency break-downs and recommend process enhancements/improvements.
•Effectively communicate the status of content to external label contacts and internal label managers.
•Provide metrics to Content Manager and other Operations staff.
•Resolve monthly customer service reports related to content/audio issues.
•Analyze, track and resolve influx of content issues via internal bug reporting system.
•Create new, internal products using our Content Management System.
•Oversee the daily influx of content take-downs/changes coming from vendors/labels.
•Review and tracking of all incoming content drops for errors/issues prior to processing.





Skills/Requirements:

•Proficient in MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel.
•Must have understanding of XML.
•Experience in handling vendor relationships.
•Must be organized, proactive and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple short deadlines
•Well developed attention to detail.
•Must have familiarity with HTML and Content Management tools.
•Ability to set and meet schedules and deadlines and to maintain active spreadsheet library.
•Demonstrated success in problem-solving, generating solutions, and managing workload.
•Familiarity with the flow of digital content a plus.
•A true music aficionado, familiar with artists spanning a wide swath of genres, is preferred.
