DIRECT MAIL / DIRECT MARKETING SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED FOR TOP TIER PRINTING COMPANY

Our client, an international printing company is looking for a high-energy, results oriented individual to sell highly personalized direct mail printing.

 Source/prospect/develop and generate new business.Sell full suite of direct marketing services from pre-media to print and fulfillment.Looking for a solutions-based, strategic sales person.

 

Requirements:3 years of print sales experience in the Direct Mail Printing / Direct Marketing industry is ideal. Successful candidate could have come from selling commercial print / catalogues / magazines / forms, etc provided you have strong customer contacts in your region so you can start selling direct mail into these clients. Proven sales track record of at least $3 million in the past year of commercial web printing or inline finished direct mail or direct marketing collateral.  Must be strong at developing long-term relationships.Must think outside the box and be creative in their sales approach.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.  Experience in using a sales force automation system.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Polished business acumen.Works well with very little supervision.Persuasive, flexible and relentlessly competitive natureMust be able to travel.

 

Base salary depends on experience and client relationships/book of potential business. Compensation is not capped. Range is from $80K upwards guaranteed the first 12 months, then draw against commission.  Once up and running, reps selling $6M to $7M typically make $300K - $350K depending on margins.

 

Territory is the West Coast and nearby states (CO, LV, WA, CA, etc).
