Advertising Coordinator/Production Assistant

Werner Publishing Corp., a growing and entrepreneurial West Los Angeles publisher of high-end photography, outdoor, golf and aviation consumer magazines, is seeking an individual with excellent organization and communication skills to coordinate all aspects of digital-based advertising for our photography and outdoor magazines. This position serves as a liaison between sales staff, advertising agencies, in-house art department, prelim and printing plant. Primary responsibilities include Admate order entry, ad trafficking, and assisting sales staff with administrative/financial duties.

This position requires Macintosh and PC computer skills and basic knowledge of prepress and printing. Candidate should be a self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
