SR Program Manager (1/2)

Headquartered in San Jose, California, Sanmina-SCI is a leading EMS provider focused on delivering complete end-to-end manufacturing capabilities and highly complex solutions to technology companies around the world.

Manages people for production and product development programs, involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design and production process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plans and directs resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on production/technical matters. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Responsibilities will also include program acquisition as well management with a focus on satisfaction of contractual specifications and requirements.

BS degree in engineering or technically related discipline. MS degree in business/engineering management would be a plus. Ten years of experience associated with aerospace and defense products with management/supervision experience. Ability to write well, Communicate with multiple functional groups as well as the customer engineering/program personnel, and to prepare and conduct presentations.
