Background

Opportunity at the Reagan Test Site (RTS) located in the exotic and tropical island of Kwajalein in the Republic of Marshall Islands.  Reagan Test Site (RTS) complex includes a variety of radar, telemetry, and other instrumentation and communication systems.

 

This location is a beautiful, tropical setting in the central Pacific that offers year-round water sports and many other recreational activities. Kwajalein is similar to most American communities with schools, hospital, stores and all public works.  Crime is virtually non-existent and so is traffic, private automobiles are not authorized and bicycles are the primary mode of transportation.

Responsibilities: Perform cost and schedule duties for various control account managers as assigned.  Develop budgets, track performance and assist managers in controlling project costs.  Develop and maintain project schedules for assigned scope of work. Analyze cost and schedule variances, provide earned value reports and assist managers with interpretation of same.  Prepare trends and budget change requests as required and incorporate into forecasted projections. Coordinate with Project Controls, Huntsville, on current approved CIMS IDs and assist with work orders.

 

Requirements: Minimum 4 years of related work experience.  Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.  Business or Technical education is desirable.  Proficiency with Excel and Access a must.  Desired EVMS experience, Enterprise systems experience, MS Project or Primavera Project Planner.
