Senior Product Manager - Pictage

 

Pictage, the premier online wedding photo and ecommerce partner, is seeking a talented and experienced product manager to lead the development of a whole new consumer web experience and the launch of new products. In this role you will participate in defining the strategic vision for a well-capitalized and fast-growing company with a unique opportunity to take its product to the next level.  You will be responsible for the development of new and critical products from the business case to the post deployment stage. You will be directly involved in building, driving and managing the cross functional teams that will turn the strategic vision into reality.


Responsibilities:Develop business cases, define and write product requirements and spec documentsWork with the product development team and other cross functional groups to launch new products or major enhancements to existing productsManage the full product lifecycle, from idea creation through to maintenance Create the financial models for the product or feature, focusing on identification of product’s key success metrics. Keep track of key product metrics and demonstrate ROI for all projectsAnalyze the external marketplace, customers, vendors, and competitors to determine the right product featuresUnderstand and evangelize the needs of Pictage customersEnsure product vision and requirements are defined globally and meet the needs of additional Pictage business venturesManage prioritization and trade-offs across functional areasWork with marketing to develop product messaging and positioning, collaborate on product launch materials, and provide post-launch supportWork with the Sr. Director of Product Management to define the Road Map and the prioritization of projects

 

Requirements:

·  4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of success. Ideally you acquired your experience working for leading consumer internet companies

·  Experience in ecommerce and online shopping carts

·  Experience in online photography commerce a plus

·  Proven experience with entire product lifecycle (from concept through launch) required

·  Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, formulating business cases, producing functional product requirements, and delivering high ROI

·  Ability to create financial models and other metrics to support decision making

·  Ability to effectively communicate and present to Sr. Management and cross functional business units such as Sales, Finance, Technology, and Marketing

·  Demonstrated ability to take initiative and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment

·  Outstanding communications skills and team player

·  Demonstrated history of solid problem solving skills

·  BA required, BS in analytical or engineering-related field preferred
